I sent him several home listings and he quickly responded he had a home in mind. He sent me the listing however it was outside of my loan approval. He told me no worries and took me to the homes I picked out. After looking at five homes he told me if I was ready to see the home he picked out. I told him okay and we went to the home. As soon as I entered the home, I knew this is what I wanted. He told me he knew based on the family background information I gave him and the location. It was Perfect however there was one detail left. How was the owner going to sell me the home at 250k when it is worth 290k. Sam told me lets just try and see what happens. An hour later Sam gives me a call and tells me the seller agreed to sell the home at what I was approved for. I was so excited. It does not stop there with Sam. He was very attentive and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. He took care of things with the home and later told me. He did not want to stress me out and took care of it. Sam is truly a professional and made me feel like we were family. He knew what to do and without hesitation took care of the small details. I have purchased homes before however it has never been so smooth and easy to purchase a home like it was this time. I highly recommend Sam to everyone who wants to purchase a home and know they will be in great hands. He will get you what you need and want. He knows absolutely what he is talking about and will not send you off to his assistance upon going into escrow. He will literally hold your hand throughout the process until it is done. ZillowVERIFIED Sam was absolutely perfect. I was a first time home buyer that went through 3 other real estate agents that all were very obviously in it for themselves. They kept trying to make me change lenders and tried telling me I couldn't even see certain houses. This led me to Sam which after our first conversation over the phone I knew he was different. He understood what I needed and was looking for for me and my family and his extreme knowledge had us not overbidding on certain houses that we were interested in, even in the crazy market. After a few failed bids Sam realized we were stressing out and starting to settle for whatever we could find and he steered us out of that mindset and helped us truly find our dream home. He was always there before during and after our bid was approved and helped us the entire way, constantly easing our minds. When we relayed to Sam that we needed to move the closing date a few days sooner due to our lease he really made every extra effort to make it happen. Even when the sellers stopped answering and refused to make repairs that the appraisal pointed out, Sam made sure everything got done in time to still close early. Even after we moved in Sam kept checking on us to make sure everything was good and even offered to help with moving and changing out our hot water heater. He continues to this day to recommend certain contractors and services we may need. We could not have done this without Sam, Thank you!
