Sam is amazing! I had to sell my parents? house which was one of the hardest things I?ve had to do. Not only does Sam know the process he was also a listening ear when I became emotional during the process. Sam also was instrumental in helping me clear out the house with ideas of how to sell items and even making several trips to the landfill. He was quick to respond to questions and made himself readily available. The house sold quickly and I got what I asked. I highly recommend this young man as he is knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy and truly cares about his clients.

My parents had 2 other realtors that were not advertising or showing the home. It was so frustrating and it was on the market for over a year and a half. I decided to find another realtor and Sam came to the rescue. He was very professional and patient with my parents and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house sold. He guided us through the whole process. He also found my parents a beautiful house with plenty of land. He helped us us with the closings of both houses and guided us since he was very knowledgeable and we had no idea what to do. Sam was in communications at all time. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a realtor. He is truly knowledgeable in his profession.

This was my first home buying experience, and I was extremely nervous! I met with a few realtors but quickly got frustrated because they werent listening to me nor were they responding to any of my inquiries regarding properties I had found. Then the dark clouds parted and there stood Sam Acord of Avenue Realty to show me the way. He is very easy-going which eased my nerves and he communicates openly and honestly. He has previous experience as a contractor which was a tremendous asset because he was able to identify strengths and weaknesses of properties that I never would have thought to look for. This guy = amazing! Being my third time going through the process I felt confident buying. But, instead learned a lot about the importance of having the right realtor! Very responsive and skilled in the industry. We ended up having to navigate getting out of a contract due to a bad home inspection report. Not only did he provide sound advice to ensure it wasn?t a poor investment, but scheduled another viewing on the same day. And structured a competitive offer that helped win the bidding war with 7 other offers. You won?t find a better realtor that truly puts himself in the buyers position.
