ZillowVERIFIED For those of us that buy and sell property, we all know that it can either be one of the most stressful times of our lives or it can be one of the most eventful times. I have known Sallye Broyles now for almost 2 years, and over the process of those 2 years I watched a professional real estate transaction take place from afar. There's a distinct difference in the abilities of those that attempt to sell your property, verses someone who goes above and beyond to sell your property. From her first handshake, you will recognize important keys that not everyone possess. 1) Greeted with a Smile 2) Important documents in hand 3) She knows your property 4) She knows her people 5) Diligence 6) Trustworthy 7) Knowledge of real estate transactions8) Follow through 9) Phone calls and texts will follow 10 ) She's the 4 - wheel drive of Kentucky land sales Those 10, very important qualities are a mirrored image of whom Sallye Broyles was throughout my time and professional experience with one of the finest agents that Turner Realty Group has on board. I am honored to have had her on my team as my listing agent.....For myself, this was an eventful moment, stress free and handled as Professional as I have ever experienced. Thank you Sallye, For your handshake but more importantly, for your Friendship. Sincerely Dave Baker

ZillowVERIFIED Sallye is without a doubt a fantastic realtor and person to work with. I met her at a place on a hill in Monticello and she stuck with me for months looking and walking property with me. If you want someone who will work with you no matter how much you are going to spend on the place you buy then Sallye Broyles is the best no one comes close.

ZillowVERIFIED Sallye really listened to us and what we wanted to do and the time frame that was comfortable to us. She gave good advice about staging for our home to show well to prospective buyers. She explained the listing and selling process, so there were no surprises. The negotiations between us and the new buyer were handled well. Closing was easy. We are very happy with the whole process.

ZillowVERIFIED My finance and I were first time home buyers and completely clueless on the entire process. When we were ready to move forward, Sallye immediately reached out to find out what we were looking for and what we wanted to avoid. She worked around our work schedule and showed us multiple listings in the evening on our own time. She didn't stop there. Once we found a house that we absolutely fell in love with, she directed us on what steps we needed to take next. She negotiated to get the very best price we could get and did a wonderful job. Sallye is extremely personable, responsive, and caring. She held our hand throughout the entire process and we couldn't be more thankful!
