We cannot begin to say enough about how great Sallyanne is!! Sallyanne has handled 3 of our real estate transactions. 8 years ago she came to us as a referral and sold us our home in Colorado Springs, 3 years ago we had her sell our rental property and then in June 2018 we decided to sell our home and look for something out of the city. Once again her attention to detail and personal interest in not just our property but in us was beyond our expectations! She listened to what we were looking for in a new home and found exactly what we were looking for 90 minutes from the Springs. Sallyanne managed to get both closings done on the same day and everything was perfect due to her! She is not only our realtor but has become our dear and trusted friend! I contacted Sallyanne to sell my home after other agents had refused to represent my property, or refused to return phone calls. She came to the home the day after our initial phone call, and stated it was an excellent property that would sell quickly and immediately listed the property on the MLS. The issues I felt would complicate any sales process, Sallyanne assured me they were not issues and we were a traditional full sale in spite of what other agents may have stated. She sold the home within the timeframe she said it would when we listed, and for the price wanted upon when I started. When an issue arose regarding availability of VA appraisers, potentially delaying closing, Sallyanne was able to negotiate a resolution that took a potential month delay and reduced it to a single day. Sallyanne was honest, respectful, and promptly answered all our questions throughout the entire sale process. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering listing a property for sale.
