Then, she spent the next 20 years negotiating broadcast TV contracts in Texas, Kansas and New York. That was indeed the first major transition that would shape her future. When she'd had enough of the corporate hustle, she decided she would try her hand at real estate. After all, it required the same dedication and expertise she had been building for two decades.
