ZillowVERIFIED As you might imagine, selling a house while you are out of the country (I am in Mexico), is, well, let's just say challenging. There were so many ups and downs from listing, to contract, to closing, it's staggering. But Sally was there every single step of the way, holding my hand (metaphorically and electronically) through my first house sale everywhere. She is incredibly responsive. Not only is she an absolute delight to work with (with a helpful, wicked sense of humor), but she really knows the markets where she works in NY's Hudson Valley. Despite the downturn in prices and sales, Sally navigated this deal with skill and aplomb. And, she got me a great sale price - actually above asking, which is not so common these days. Sally also went above the call of duty, driving 40 miles round trip several times to deal with such ugly things as dealing with reluctant, and tardy tenants who did not want to vacate (as was stipulated in the contract), having all of their leftover debris removed, and arranging for a thorough cleaning of the house - all of which is usually handled by the seller/client, but because I am in Mexico, Sally took it upon herself to get things done. I sense that Sally ALWAYS gets things done. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thanks Sally!
