As a first time home buyer who hadnt lived in Ohio for over a decade, I had little knowledge on how to purchase a house. Thankfully Sally came highly recommended from a colleague. Nearly every time I speak with Sally, I learn more and more about the home buying experience. When she recommends something, she explains why because she genuinely cares about her clients. She always respects your choices and ensures youre informed of updates quickly. If it wasnt for Sallys recommendations for inspectors, I would have bought a house that was an extreme safety hazard. Thankfully she always had my best interest in mind, which has benefited me greatly. Sally also has patience and empathy because she understands the market is challenging, especially for first time buyers. It took time for me to find the right house, and Sally was there every step of the way, even when Id text her on a Friday night. Someone said to me, upon hearing that Sally Messinger was my realtor, that Sally must have a magic wand and crystal ball to be so successful. Thats entertaining but Sally needs neither. She is an intelligent, insightful, conscientious, ethical, quick thinker. She knows when to move forward and when to hang back. Houses that were over-priced or in need of more work than was realistic for us she spotted instantly. Sally made us comfortable and confident in a market that worked for us when we sold our house and worked against us when we sought to buy a new home.
