My wife and I didn't have a local contact, so when we were ready to start looking seriously, we reached out to Sally, and we're glad we did. Sally communicates incredibly well. If she doesn't pick up the phone right away, she sends a text saying she'll get back to you, and then she does. She has excellent local knowledge of the area and is very helpful with recommendations. We adjusted our "wish list" several times on Sally, and she was happy to accommodate. We ended up purchasing a piece of land with her help when we were initially looking for homes. Sally has excellent contacts in lending, renovation, other realtors, inspections, etc. Lastly, she has a great demeanor and positive attitude and always showed up on time to look at all the houses and properties we wanted to see (which was a lot).
