ZillowVERIFIEDSally, Agent w/Tolaris Realty, was not worried about my best interest. I would find a home that we would want to view, try calling & texting her so we could go see it. It would take her hours, sometimes even a day or two, to even get back with us. Sometimes, by the time she would get back with us, the home would already be under contract. We FINALLY were able to set up a viewing to see another property. The final straw was when she had a major meltdown/tantrum while we were viewing the property & threatened to not sell us the house, etc etc, because we were 'asking too many questions about details of the home.'. We walked away & never contacted her again. You could tell, all she was worried about was how big her commission check was going to be. She was very pushy and quite frankly rude. I would never recommend her to anyone not even my enemy.

This whole process was very overwhelming for the both of us but especially for my mom. With me living in CT, I had to ask Sally for support. She explained the selling process in a way that made sense to my mom. She communicated with me throughout and was always there to answer our questions. There is NO WAY my mom would have been able to move to CT without her. She is our angel.

Sally asked if I intended to use cash or loan and that there wasn't a bank wiling to lend on the home due to water damage on the home. I informed Sally I would use loan and that I may have a lender. I never heard back from Sally. Nevertheless, her initial response was very informative and helpful. It provided guidance.
