ZillowVERIFIEDSally, Maryssa, and Caleb were phenomenal! Sally used her years of experience and sound knowledge to help my husband and I find the perfect home! She guided us through all of the new processes we needed to learn as new homebuyers. They calmed our fears with the rising interest rates and we are so thankful to have bought when we did! I came to them with any and ALL questions and they were patient with me through every question I had. Couldnt be more thankful for their help!

ZillowVERIFIED Sallys team was with us every single step of the way, and gave us confidence as first time home buyers in a sellers market. Our agent was Maryssa Chaplin and she worked hard to help us find a home that meets our needs even though we are moving from out of state and had to do most of the process virtually. We had tough sellers to work with, but the Chaplin group made things as smooth as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally Chaplin is an amazing realtor! She worked with my family to sell my mom's home. I live out of state and it was important to have a clear line of communication and someone who is responsive. Sally was that and more. She was sensitive to our particular needs and worked with us over an extended period of time to get us to our goal. I can say without reservation you will be well served and supported during your buying or selling process by Sally Chaplin.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally went above and beyond to help sell our house. There were some definite hiccups after we had accepted a bid for over the asking price. Sally helped us negotiate each step along the way. She was always checking on us and seeing how we were holding up. Thanks Sally.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home and relocating from the West Coast is a little more so, especially when you have never been to PA before. Doing all of this during Covid lockdown is insane. I found Sally Chaplin through the Dave Ramsey referral and I felt right away that she understood us. Everything had to be done by email, text and video and she helped us through the process with fast responses and excellent availability and a positive attitude.

ZillowVERIFIED Our process started 2 1/2 years ago and due to our own needs to delay the process, our Agent stayed in touch with us and was very encouraging. Once we were finally ready to proceed she was quick to discover a house that fit us perfectly! Always pleasant and available when we had questions and followed through with any problems. We would definitely recommend Kimberly Volb of the Chaplin Group!

ZillowVERIFIED We had Maryssa as our realtor to purchase our first house a few weeks ago. From the first time we met Maryssa we had a clear understanding of how the whole process would go and who we would be in contact with throughout. The whole Chaplin Group was very responsive at all hours of the day and helped us feel comfortable and at ease with our purchase. They took all of the stress out of the home buying process. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Sally and her team quickly and successfully sold my prior home and helped me find the current beautiful home for me and my family, Gracie and Rosie. Sally and her staff, Kim and Tammie were awesome to work with and are my new friends. Sally and Kim initially met with me to understand my needs with selling and purchasing and worked tirelessly to help me achieve my desires. Kim worked with me to secure a buyer for my previous home and Sally understood my needs concerning a new home and helped to make it come true. Sally, Kim and Tammie were easy to reach and talk with throughout the entire, short process. Tammie kept the process moving with finalizing the selling steps and the purchase steps. Sally also was easy to reach after the purchase of my new home when I had questions and addresses all with a strong interest and perfect help. I now have 3 new friends I will always turn to when selling/purchasing a home. Please make use of their service for your home sell/purchase as well. You will not be disappointed and expect you to be as pleased as me if not more so.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally acted as a substitute for Marissa Chaplin while Marissa was unavailable. She was a great help as we did purchase a home. Marissa carried out the settlement details and Sally was there to assist. A very positive and efficient and enjoyable experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Maryssa is a phenomenal real estate agent who made the process of finding and buying a home a great experience. As first time home buyers and buying from long distance, we were very anxious. Thanks to Maryssa the process was an ease. Incredibly approachable and easy to contact, Maryssa was always responsive and proactive. We truly enjoyed working with Maryssa. Once we found a home, we were assisted with the closing process and all of our questions were answered. Even after the purchased she made herself available to us. That's what we call a great professional! If you need an agent in the area look no further. We would highly recommend Maryssa to a prospective buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally Chaplin not only speaks in terms that you can understand completely, she actually listens to your needs and concerns. I had interviewed several Realtors from several firms and Sally was my choice because she wasn't "telling me to get rid of my clutter" (what clutter, it's my life!) She understood what my things were to me and the heartbreak of downsizing after the loss of a spouse. Sally suggested in the kindest terms how to sell my property in the best light to eyes that would not know those facts. I am happy to say that Sally found the perfect buyer for my home and property in an amazingly short time. I can't praise her or her staff enough. Have a list of Realtors to interview, but make sure you put Sally Chaplin Realty on that list. You will be glad you did.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally and her staff were excellent. They started with an in-depth knowledge of the local market. They also took the time to understand my wife and I and what we expected in the sale of our house. She took the time to keep close contact with us and to keep us informed all the way to closing. I would personally recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!

ZillowVERIFIED Sally and her team were great to work with. Very knowledge and very helpful when going through the process and stress of selling a home, they made it easy. They were even there for us after the sale and our move to Missouri.Sally told us our home would sell within a week, I didn't believe her as I was expecting months on the market based on past experiences selling our previous 3 homes. One week later we were accepting an offer - WOW! Yes, it was a very good market for selling houses and she helped us price it right.I would highly recommend Sally to any one interested in selling their home. But listen to her, she will give you very good advice on how to prepare your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally was absolutely amazing, we could not be more thankful for her. As first-time home-buyers, we were pretty clueless, both about the buying process and what we really need in a home. Sally was incredibly patient while we figured out what we wanted, showed us a variety of houses to help us narrow down, listened to our needs, and delivered! She really guided us through the process and gave just the right amount of input (gave helpful opinions about things that added or detracted from the value of homes, without being pushy). She worked with our complicated schedule and together we found the perfect house for us, at a fantastic price in less than a month! We could not be more thrilled with Sally. She is an amazing realtor is all aspects and really cares about her clients. I plan on recommending her to any family or friends with real-estate needs in the area, and I recommend her to you, internet stranger! Sally is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED SHE WAS MOST HELPFUL IN MOVING US ALONG THE ENTIRE PROCESS AND NOT ALLOWING ME TO PROCRASTINATE. SHE HAD PEOPLE[CONTRACTORS] AT HER CALLING THAT WERE ABLE TO REPAIR, FIX AND OTHERWISE DO TASKS WE COULD NOT [WE WERE FROM OUT-OF-STATE]. THE ENTIRE PROCESS WAS A PLEASANT ONE. SHE KNEW HER TERRITORY AND DIRECTED US INTO THE RIGHT SELLING PRICE.

ZillowVERIFIED Sally was a blessing to have as a buying agent. I had heard so many horror stories from friends and coworkers about their home buying experiences and was hesitant to even begin the process. After dealing with a few not-so-nice personnel from the real estate business, I wasn't even sure I wanted to even deal with buying a home. Then by chance, I saw Sally's face pop-up and decided to get in touch with her. I could NOT have imagined purchasing my first home without her. She was very selfless and worked around my unpredictable schedule. She was kind, caring, and had a lot of knowledge in this area. Most of all, she is passionate about what she does, and that reflected in my excellent service from her. After all the paperwork was signed, I kept thinking - this is it? Really? That was so simple and stress free! I strongly recommend Sally Chaplin, as she was a pleasure to work with.
