Sally and the rest of her team were on top of everything. We had a bit of a difficult closing due to probate issues on the home we were buying and some delays on the home that we sold in Cheshire due to paperwork issues with the buyers of that house. Sally advocated for us and used her experience to smooth out the transition for both properties. All of it makes us realise that it is well worth the money to hire a competent real estate agent!
