ZillowVERIFIED Sal Torres is the man!! We would recommend Sal Torres to anyone interested in buying or selling real estate. He got our property sold and negotiated an outstanding deal for us that benefited both buyer and seller (us). Our property was in a kind of niche area of the real estate market and it took a steady hand to get it done. Sal communicated regularly and precisely, helping considerably to manage both our expectations and anxieties. We are deeply appreciative of Sal and his team. Use him!!

ZillowVERIFIED Sal Torres has been a property manager for us, where he helped us find suitable renters and efficiently managed the property for 2 years. More recently, he has acted as our real estate agent, where he has sold two of our properties. He has shown skillful professionalism and has been sensitive to our needs in each step of the real estate process. Sal is of the highest integrity and has shown on many occasions that he is honest and can be trusted. He has been remarkably prompt in his responsiveness, has provided us with professional guidance, and communicated well with all the involved parties. We have recommended him to others and would use him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Sal guided me through the home buying process from getting me pre-approved all the way to the close of escrow. He always made himself available and answered all my questions with knowledge and confidence. Once he knew what I qualified for and what my budget was, he worked hard into getting me into the perfect home. Sal was also in constant communication with not only me but also with the lenders and the builders agent. The moment I saw the home I wanted , he made the process as easy as he possibly could and whenever I had doubt about buying my home , he was there to comfort me and have a positive outlook.

ZillowVERIFIED Earlier this year we were looking for a realtor that would help us find a home in a very short amount of time. Sal Torres was recommended to us and he didn't disappoint! He quickly lined showings up for me and repeat showings for my husband who has a difficult work schedule. With just one day short of a month from meeting him, we found our home, had a 14 day escrow and were given keys! Sal and his team and lender he works with were all so pleasant to work with. It was a team effort and we couldn't have been any happier with the entire process.

His knowledge of the area we were selling and buying in was very beneficial. Sal was patient and listened to what we really wanted in a new home. He made himself available when it was convenient for us which was greatly appreciated with our busy schedules. We found the perfect home for our family and closed escrow as scheduled.
