ZillowVERIFIED I cant recommend Sal enough! He made the entire experience of selling my home in Fontana so much less stressful than I expected. Sal was always there to answer my questions (and trust me, I had a lot). We ended up getting a great offer, and the escrow process went smoothly. Keep in mind that the market was very different than what it is today. And that is why I've continued to work with him on several other real estate deals. No matter what, Sal treated me like a priority, even though I know he has plenty of other clients. He has a way of making you feel like youre his only focus. That is truly rare these days.

We did not have to look too far for Sal's team as we received multiple recommendations from several family members and friends. We felt comfortable with them from day one and they were there for us every step of the way. He gave us hints on how to improve the property, and if any repairs were needed she knew the right people to call to repair them properly. Sal kept us updated throughout the sale and through the escrow, and got back to us with answers to our questions immediately. There is not enough I can say about Sal. He is an expert in Veteran benefits/loans and helped my father with his Veterans loan (VA). We were not easy to please and he was so patient and spent a lot of time showing us so many houses. He was very encouraging with me, I never felt pressured in to buying a home that I did not particularly like. ZillowVERIFIED When I told Tomas I was going to move out of state when my lease was up, he told me he wanted to make a deal with me. He said that if he could find me an apartment with the location, floor plan, and price I wanted then I had to stay in Los Angeles for at least another year. We ran into a bit of a set back when I realized my budget didn't get me everything I wanted in the playa vista area so Tomas connected me with a housemate to ease the monthly rent. Within a couple days we had looked at a couple places and put down a security deposit on the spot I am living in now. Once the year is up we shall see if I stay in California but Tomas is already giving me ideas as to how I can prepare to purchase in the near future. All in all, he will definitely give you the facts and show you how to get where you want to go.
