ZillowVERIFIEDWe needed to sell my mom's house as my dad pasted away. A friend recommended Sal. Sal did and outstanding job on helping us sell the house. He went above and beyond on making sure everything passed for closing. Sal even offered to put storm shutters on the house when we went out of town. I plan on giving Sal's name to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED There arent words! Sal navigated us through first time home buyers back in 2017 for our first home together, and stayed in contact with us until it was time to sell in 2023! I dont have enough space to spell it all out, but you wont find anyone else who does more for his clients!

ZillowVERIFIED Sal was quite pleasant and professional both in his knowledge and experience. He is prompt in both calling and returning calls and texts. Sal was always encouraging and positive on the selling of the home and outcome of the closing. No matter how much you think you can handle it, at times frustration can set in. But Sal's outlook, patience and listening makes you feel confident with his expertise. I am quite satisfied with his performance, everything fell into place just as he said it would. I highly recommend him, especially for the Gulf Cove and East Englewood community. He seems to have a kind of repour that people moving into that area can relate to. Best of Bests!

ZillowVERIFIED Sal was extremely professional and got me the results when I needed it and gave good advice. His response to my questions and special effort was great since I had to leave before the sale. I needed special attention to many issues that were needed because of the requirements for HOA for the sale to be completed and closed on time.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were scared that our house would be undervalued and that Sal wouldn't put a great effort to sell it. Sal explained to us all the process and costs involved with the selling and gave us confidence that the house would sell very quickly. Only two days after Sal listed our home for sale we meet to review all offers and we were truly amazed by watching Sal going through offers and making sure we would make the best decision. Our home was sold $25,000 over the asking price and we were amazed of the result. We would highly recommend Sal Giuliano to anyone who is in need of a real state agent. He truly was very trust worthy, professional, open and honest during the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Sal Giuliano when we moved to North Port, Florida . As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we searched for that perfect home to fit our need and wish list over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Not only did we get Sal, we got his teamaEUR|The Giuliano Home Team. In short, Sal was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Sal was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him and his team to anyone.

I live in another state, so he went to the property and did the walk-through with his phone. He did find me a property I liked and I made my purchase. ZillowVERIFIED Sal was real good, he worked with me and helped find the inspectors . I was recently widowed during this sale and did not know if i should continue with purchase. Sal was wonderful and helped me alot so i knew everything that had to be repaired and would not let me sign before it was repaired. He went above the call of help when after i purchased a lightning storm happened and my AC unit went out I had no idea and no one to call I called Sal it was on a saturday night and he got his freind a AC guy to come at 830 at night Knowing i was flying home to bury my husband and it would be a problem if no AC all that time. He is courteous and very knowledgable of the area gave me some ideas on short cuts to take around traffic. I highly recommend Sal

ZillowVERIFIED Sal recently helped us purchase our home in Port Charlotte, Florida. I have worked in the Mortgage industry for over 20 years and Sal exceeded every expectation I had in a realtor. His extensive knowledge of the area and professionalism are second to none! He was patient and efficient answering our questions throughout the process. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and went above and beyond on so many occasions, including spending several hours at the property the day of the inspection. The home buying process can be stressful and overwhelming, but if you have the right realtor to patiently guide you through the process it makes all the difference in the world. Sal is knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in this area!
