Sal, along with his assistant Vanessa, gave a very strong presentation to my husband and I regarding the sale of our home. He was prepared with stats and very strong reasoning for his proposal. Based on their presentation we decided to enlist their help for the sale of our home. Remarkably it was a very quick sale and my husband and I were very pleased and somewhat surprised at the speed of the following events. Here is where Sal and Vanessa just turned into shining stars. The speed at which the sale unfolded was somewhat overwhelming. But Sal and Vanessa came to our home multiple times to assist with all the document signing, helping us through a "to do" list of things to accomplish to keep the sale progressing to close of escrow. We could not have had more attentive and caring realators. They provided all the necessary technical support with grace but went out of their way to help with the emotional support in helping us to move on from our home of 41 years. In short, I strongly feel that Sal and Vanessa were a blessing to myself and my husband. They were the right people at the right time to guide us through the sale of our home. I know that they gave us the best service anyone could ask for in the sale of our home. They do their job with excellence and a level of care that I so greatly appreciated.

I met Sal while he was employed at local jewelry store, which during that time although he was a fully licensed Real Estate Agent in CA, he basically only assisted family and friends with Selling homes. We formed and maintained a friendship built on trust from the jewelry therefore when I needed Real Estate help it was a no brainer to reach out to Sal. The only downside of Sal becoming my full time Realtor is that i lost the absolute best customer service i have ever seen or had since at a jewelry store. The upside, is i got the best customer service in a realtor. Although I've entrusted Sal with 3 different Real Estate transactions since he resumed back to full time real estate, this recent one was the most noteworthy. Sal listed, marketed, and successfully sold my Willow Glen home amongst more challenges than when we purchased it. The laws changed, the market changed, and there was a new Fire Department built right across the street. Sal fought for our best interest and negotiated an outstanding offer where the best buyer of the four offers which we received was also extremely happy. Sal is a down-to-earth genuine professional who is stellar at communicating, ethical, honest, and the most hardworking Realtor who've I've ever crossed paths with. I've referred several of my colleagues over the past few years to him and I will continue to speak his praises.
