It's hard for me to write this review without getting emotional because Sal really helped me to realize my dream. I called Sal, he immediately gets right back to me and I explain that I'm looking to sell my home but I'm discouraged because i purchased my home in 2006 at the height of the market ... I'm looking to move out of state in a few months and I need to sell my home at a certain price to afford the move. Sal understood clearly, he saw that I was hesitant, he doesn't add pressure, he applies genuine care and concern!! Well, not only did Sal sell my house at my "miracle price" he had an offer before the house even hit the market!!!! ZillowVERIFIED Sal was my third realtor. My first realtor recommended nothing within the criteria of what I was looking for and was dreadfully unresponsive to emails, texts and calls. My second realtor I think only did real estate as a hobby. I found more properties to look at than they ever did. 2nd realtor also could/would NEVER get me viewings. I would ask continually about seeing a property and given many excuses about why we couldn't see it. Until eventually they would get an offer and I would be out of luck. This went on for nearly 8 months. Sal was my 3rd realtor and him and his assistant Lillian showed me 4 houses in the span of two days. (Previous realtor would show me maybe 4 in an entire month). I really liked one of those houses but noticed that the exact unit next to it was for sale. So Lillian got right on the phone and got me an appointment to see that unit the next evening. I liked it so much I put an offer in and bought the house. So basically, Sal and Lillian found me a house in one week, when the previous realtor failed to do it in 8 months.

He came to us, went through things in detail, and gave us a realistic idea of the fair market value of our home's worth. At that time we decided it wasn't the right time to sell. From the time he walked out the door that day I knew we would use him when the time was right. He kept in touch, in a good way. My mailbox wasn't littered with constant propaganda but rather gentle reminders that he was there for us when we where ready. That really made the difference when it came time to put our house up. So many other businesses will pound you with solicitation after your initial contact. Sal treated our relationship with finesse and respect.When we felt the time was right I reached out to Sal. He came back again and went through things in detail, even though he had been to the property before. It wasn't a stop and sign appointment, he took the time to go though everything again and make sure we where comfortable with our decision to sell our home. He left us with realistic expectations of the sale price and I felt that was a very important part of his character. Because of Sal's expert pricing and marketing strategy we had solid offers within the first week. Keep in mind, we didn't price it to sell quick. With Sal's advisement we found a balance between pricing it properly for the market and where we felt comfortable. Unfortunately our first accepted offer fell through due to the buyer, but he was right on top of it. Had a backup and solid offer ready to go within a few days. Within 2-3 months from the day we signed with him to the closing date he was our go to guy. Anything we needed, any time of the day, any day of the week he had answers or would do whatever he could to get us them. Most impressive where his referrals to agents outside of his territory that helped us find our new home. My wife and I can not say enough about his professionalism, character, work ethic, and responsiveness. Thank you for helping us though this whole process.
