ZillowVERIFIED In November of 2016 my father entered into assisted living 200 miles away. It was left to me to maintain and sell the house. I entered into this with no experience & living 50 miles away from the property . I was quickly overburdened. I met with a few agents who all gave me questionable advice, their intention to unload the property as quickly as possible while doing as little as possible. Eventually, a mutual acquaintance recommended Sal Ammirati and after the first phone call with him I knew he was professional who could help me through this. He was able to ascertain a fair a value after a single walkthrough, pointing out things about the house that I wasn't even aware of. His knowledge and attention to detail is beyond impressive. Sal took the burden of preparing the property for sale upon himself. He arranged for whatever the houses needed, giving me a huge portion of my life back and setting my mind at ease. Being 50 miles away, he saved me countless hours I would have otherwise spent travelling back and forth to the property. On top of this, he was available to me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week . If a problem arose that needed attention, Sal would make sure he was at the property to resolve it. He laso routinely patrolled the property , making sure that I knew is was safe. Sal's knowledge, attention to detail and foresight paid off...we received an offer (higher than I expected) the first day the house was on the market. Between offer and closing, Sal was there to keep tabs on everything and make sure the house was at its best for the new buyer. I can't say enough good things about him. Not only his he a top tier real estate agent, he is an outstanding person. He removed a huge source of stress from my life and made the process as painless as possible. Sal often says "whatever you need" and he means it. If I were to sell another property, I couldn't imagine doing it without Sal. He has my glowing endorsement.
