At the initial consultation Sahar's understanding of market trends was spot on, and even though she came with an aggressive strategy formulated to succeed, she allowed us to test the upper limits of the market to try and maximize the equity we could mine out of the sale. She was not going to hold back on the harsh realities of the difficult market we were in, or what we could expect out of the process. We tried our way for two weeks with no success.
