I want to start by saying that Sahar and her team went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality! We are first-time homebuyers and business owners. We thought it would be a much more complicated process being business owners, but Sahar proved us wrong almost immediately. Sahar and her team were great at communicating. If we had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. Sahar has an understanding of the market trends and an aggressive strategy. We were under contract within a week! Closed in 30 days! I couldn't be more thankful to have found her. She is the BEST Houston has to offer!

From start to finish Sahar and her team were very good at communicating with us. If we had a question or concern it was addressed almost immediately. At the initial consultation Sahar's understanding of market trends was spot on, and even though she came with an aggressive strategy formulated to succeed, she allowed us to test the upper limits of the market to try and maximize the equity we could mine out of the sale. She was not going to hold back on the harsh realities of the difficult market we were in, or what we could expect out of the process. We tried our way for two weeks with no success. We then took Sahar's strategy to heart and in 19 days we were under contract. Sahar is very knowledgeable, and knows what she is doing. Even though the truth we want to hear as home sellers may not be what Sahar can provide. She gives you the straight up truth which we greatly appreciate. We so liked working with her and her team, we engaged them to represent us on our new home purchase. As my 8 year old daughter will attest to Sahar Khatib is the fastest home seller in Houston
