At the initial consultation Sahar's understanding of market trends was spot on, and even though she came with an aggressive strategy formulated to succeed, she allowed us to test the upper limits of the market to try and maximize the equity we could mine out of the sale. She was not going to hold back on the harsh realities of the difficult market we were in, or what we could expect out of the process. We tried our way for two weeks with no success. We then took Sahar's strategy to heart and in 19 days we were under contract. Sahar is very knowledgeable, and knows what she is doing. Even though the truth we want to hear as home sellers may not be what Sahar can provide. She gives you the straight up truth which we greatly appreciate.
