ZillowVERIFIED This is the WORST HUMAN AND REALTOR EVER!!!Recently I had my house in the market with a different realtor. My husband and I decided to take it out of the market and we did so two days ago. The very Next day Sam called ME!! bc he wanted my listing. I said I had a terrible experience with my realtor and didn't wanted in the market that if he had a cash offer fine. He insisted I said NO. ( AS IT IS MY RIGHT BECAUSE IT IS MY HOUSE!!)HE CALLED ME CRAZY!!!! AND HANGED UP. 2. HE CALLED ME AGAIN!!!!! I asked for his name and last name bc I wanted to report him for being extremely rude he didn't like it or gave me his info ( Which wasn't hard to find out his number is eveywhere) HE HANGED UP ON ME AGAIN BUT BEFORE SAID MY CLIENT IS VERY INTERESTED YOU WANT IT OR NOT??? I ASKED FOR THE AMOUNT HE SAID I DON'T KNOW AND HANGED UP. LOL Beware of this person. Do yourself a favor go with anyone else.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant thank Sam enough in a few words. He helped me throughout the whole process, literally from scratch. He is still advising on ongoing things to get us settled in the new house. It took a while for me to find the right house, but he was so patient and continued to work harder to find the right choice. He worked great in coordination with title company, lender, inspector and other parties. And I cant forget the rebate he offered to me! Id give him more than 5 stars if possible. I and my family really appreciate his help.

ZillowVERIFIED Sagun "Sam" Shrestha was very attentive and executed well.I explained what I wanted. He did his own research. He explained more options. He also explained how he was protecting me as a seller.I was trying to work with someone I've known since 2012 as a buyer. Their financing finally broke down after 3 months. He was extremely patient with me in that situation. Ultimately he did only what I asked him to do when I asked him to do it. When I finally asked him to put it back on the market we had a buyer at a considerably higher price within an hour the same day.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently purchased our first home with the assistance of Sagun aEURoeSamaEUR? Shrestha. Sagun is amazing BSEE professional Relator with Keller Williams. We have found Sagun is the best knowledgeable, approachable, personable, and incredibly generous with his time.Throughout the whole process I felt like Sagun had my back and he instructed me in the negotiation phase to final closing point that saved me thousands of dollars, I am so happy I followed everything he said.Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Sagun, I felt like he knew what was going on always in the closing process so I was confident that he wasnt going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in record time.Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend Sagun for anyone for some peace of mind, painless and straightforward, when buying a home!!!
