This is the WORST HUMAN AND REALTOR EVER!!!Recently I had my house in the market with a different realtor. My husband and I decided to take it out of the market and we did so two days ago. The very Next day Sam called ME!! bc he wanted my listing. I said I had a terrible experience with my realtor and didn't wanted in the market that if he had a cash offer fine. He insisted I said NO. ( AS IT IS MY RIGHT BECAUSE IT IS MY HOUSE!!)HE CALLED ME CRAZY!!!! AND HANGED UP. 2. HE CALLED ME AGAIN!!!!! I asked for his name and last name bc I wanted to report him for being extremely rude he didn't like it or gave me his info ( Which wasn't hard to find out his number is eveywhere) HE HANGED UP ON ME AGAIN BUT BEFORE SAID MY CLIENT IS VERY INTERESTED YOU WANT IT OR NOT??? I ASKED FOR THE AMOUNT HE SAID I DON'T KNOW AND HANGED UP. LOL Beware of this person. Do yourself a favor go with anyone else.
