ZillowVERIFIED Saeng did an awesome job from the beginning to the end. She even gave advice on a house we were buying through an estate trust. We never felt rushed to get the house on the market. She answered all of our questions promptly, never let us think we were bothering her, even though it was an evening or a weekend. Saeng listed our house and closed escrow in 21 days! I highly recommend Saeng.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Saeng to sell my home, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I originally chose her because of her outstanding reviews, and she absolutely lived up to them. From the start, her communication was amazing aEUR" she truly listened to my needs, understood my situation, and negotiated in a way that protected and benefited me during a difficult time. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, my house sold in just over a month and for above asking price. She kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew where things stood. Even when unexpected issues came up that could have slowed or stopped the process, Saeng went above and beyond to resolve them quickly and smoothly. If youre looking for a realtor who will fight for you, keep you informed, and go the extra mile, I cant recommend Saeng enough. She made a stressful process feel manageable and got me an incredible result.

ZillowVERIFIED Saeng did an amazing job helping us purchase our second home. We worked with her 5 years ago during the purchase of our first and knew then that any future deals would be with her. She is extremely transparent and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with the deal. She helped us purchase a home that was in extreme demand! (16 offers total!) She went above and beyond to make sure we had all necessary information to make an informed decision on this purchase. I always recommend Saeng to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I am so grateful that Saeng represented me in the selling process. Its been a long time since I last sold a home. I got no complaints about Saeng as she is very trustworthy person handling a very big transaction. She was quicked to look at the home to see what it needed to be done to get it ready for the sale. She worked with a great team of people that help stage the home and take really great photos of the home. The details I believed help me sell the home fast with multiple offers and she guided me through all the offers. I like how prompt and professional she is with everything. Saeng respond to my text fast anc in timely manner. She matched my work ethics and her assistant Rebecca helped the selling process run smoothly. I highly recommend Saeng for selling and buying. I will reach out to her again as she will not disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED Saeng was amazing she was quick to meet the high demand and the surplus of offers all the houses had. Her expertise was appreciated and we felt taken care of every step of the way. When we went to some open houses some real estate agents asked who our agent was and as soon as we said Saeng they reassured us that we were in good hands which made us feel even better. She was able to negotiate getting almost half of the closing costs covered by the seller which helped out a lot. Her expertise in the field and in this area made it possible to close in less than 2.5 weeks. We were looking for a first home and ended up with our dream house under our original budget and in a great area. Thank you Saeng!

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a pleasure to work with Saeng! This is our second time working with her and just like the first time it was the reason we chose her again. Our situation was rather complicated since we only had a roughly 4 weeks to move due to an out of state relocation for work. Once we contacted her, she helped us get the house prepped and ready to sell ASAP. Needless to say we were able to sell our house above listing price in one weekend! She always was able to answer our questions and concerns, always communicating and updating us with the next steps, she did all the heavy lifting so we didnt have to. Definitely recommend Saeng if youre looking to buy or sell your home. If we were able to work with her again here in Texas, Id use her again without question! Thats how good she is! Thanks again Saeng for all you do and helping us!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have finally settled down in our new home, so I would like to take this moment to write a review for Saeng and really thank her for working with us through this process. Throughout our journey of searching for and buying our home, Saeng has always been very responsive and quick to reply to us whenever we have questions. (I truly appreciate it because I know this market is hot, and she has so many other clients that she needs to take care of too.) Saeng always schedules appointments for us right awayA whenever we want to view a house. She is always on time or ahead of schedule for a showing. She never makes us feel rushed. She allows us to take our time looking at the house to determine whether it is the right fit for us. She continued to check in on us after we purchased our home to see how things were doing. Work with Saeng, and she will work not only hard but smart for you too.

ZillowVERIFIED Saeng is phenomenal! We sold our home in less than 20 days in this market. During the whole process Saeng was clear and informative about the process we were walking into. Its our first time selling our home and she made it easy and was very efficient with the process. Saengs communication with us was perfect. Shes great at updating us and we were always aware of whats happening because we were well informed. I would recommend selling or buying with Saeng if you are looking for a smooth transition and someone to tell you what you need to hear rather than what you want to hear. Saeng is incredible you wont regret having her represent you.

ZillowVERIFIED Saeng was recommended to me by my coworker. She quickly became my trusted buying agent. She saved me time and money by pointing out problems of the properties without my paying for any house inspections. I had a relatively stress-free experience because of Saeng. I would recommend that you let her know your criteria and let her guide you. After seeing my picks on several "too good to be true" properties, Saeng sent me one on her list. I bought that first one since it fit all my criteria, and more since she knows the neighborhood. I am very pleased with my experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so fortunate to have found Saeng As our Realtor, She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Her was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Saeng is absolutely amazing - I couldn't imagine working with anyone else during the process of purchasing our first home. From the point of initial contact all the way through closing she was there for us at a moments notice. She is extremely kind and accommodating. As first time buyers, we were confused with many aspects of the process. She took her time to educate us, work with our lender, arrange for inspections and work that needed to be completed. We probably looked at 15 homes with Saeng - she got us into every showing we were interested - often the same day we requested it. She has even kept in contact post-closing. We truly appreciate Saeng. Please, if you're looking for an experienced realtor with intimate knowledge of the Fresno area, go with Saeng! THANK YOU!
