I have lived all over the country which has helped me embrace the differences that come with clients and colleagues! With continued growth in Real Estate, my wife - Heidi- and I formed The Heidi & Sadler Priest Team powered by eXp. This has assisted us in taking control of our business and how to run it with compassion and assertiveness in every situation. I am a Veteran of the ARNG and live in Butler, Pennsylvania with my wife and three daughters. We have a mini farm that we love "tinkering" on, and care for numerous animals! First of all, you need to know that this review is not the result of a purchase on our part. Shawna showed us numerous homes and sent us every available potential property in our low price range even though this would not result in a lucrative profit for her. She never made us feel like our need was low on her priority list. Shawna did place a bid on our behalf that did not result in a sale. She did this during a time when her mother-in-law became seriously ill and died. When our needs changed, Shawna demonstrated true professionalism when we contacted her and told her the circumstances. We plan to contact her in the future if we decide to follow through on our original plan. We thank her for her patience, professionalism, and kindness.

Shawna has been a pleasure to have as my real estate agent. This being my first time home purchase I had lots of questions and was even clueless as to how the process went or even what was involved. I?m not going to lie, the thought of purchasing our first home had us nervous, scared, and overwhelmed. We were so fortunate to have Heidi and Sadler be in the business of real estate. They took the time to figure out our wants and needs, and were patient in showing us many different styles of houses. (We thought we knew what we wanted, but we didn?t haha!) From the beginning, they were always on our side working to make our house purchase was as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Sadler and Heidi was that they were always focused on answering our questions and giving us good advice.
