ZillowVERIFIED Sacia was great. She was willing to show us our house late in the evening (7 or 8) and came back the next day to show us too. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect. But she was so patient, explained everything (a couple times) and was very professional through the whole process. You can tell she's on your side and wants to get you the best deal. During offers and counter offers, she explained what was a good deal for us and what might not be the best. She helped in negotiating repairs and offers and was always willing to explain why something was/wasn't necessary. I never felt pressured or rushed into closing. She also recommended a great home inspection company and financial officer who was equally patient as we tried to understand all we were doing and signing. She even stopped by after we moved in to make sure we were still happy and to see if we had any further questions. When you work with Sacia, you are in very capable hands. I'd recommend her to anyone.

We found out 2 days before the home buyers credit was to expire about the structural issues. Sacia took my husband around to new houses in the area that very day ( I had gone back to close our home in South Carolina by that time) and found our current home and helped us to get under contract in less than 2 days so we didn't lose the home buyers credit. ZillowVERIFIED I received a promotion within my company and was told that I needed to move from Louisiana to the Jackson, MS area within a month. I drove to Jackson on a Saturday. I picked up some real estate booklets and made some calls around noon and left messages. Thankfully, Sacia is the only one that called me back almost immediately. I was originally looking to rent, but Sacia told me the benefits of buying and that she would take care of everything. She emailed me some listings after asking me what I was interested in. I looked through them on my phone and called her back to let her know which ones I was interested in looking at. She met me at the homes, and showed them all to me. I decided on one, and we went back to her office. She made a phone call to Russ Ogburn with NOLA Lending, and he left a soccer game he was at on a late Saturday afternoon, and met with Sacia and I to discuss the financing part of buying the home.
