ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Sabrina was remarkable! This was my first time purchasing a home and she made sure that the entire process was seamless. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything to me from extensive paperwork to logistics of purchasing a home in the right location. Sabrina was organized, prompt to all meetings, and responsive to all calls/emails I made. My experience with her was unforgettable and I am so happy she was able to help me find a place that tailored to all my needs. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I can not say enough wonderful things about Sabrina. She was able to sell our townhome and find us a single family home for our growing family. Being pregnant and moving is not the ideal situation but she made it a smooth transition. Her priority was my health and made sure I would not be stressed! Her knowledge of the real estate industry made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. She was available to answer our questions and address our concerns even if it was at 10pm. It was a pleasure working with her and I am so glad she was on our team! She will always be our realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Sabrina is fantastic! She really is. She knows her stuff and is so great with responce time. She will not leave you hanging and she will honestly be right there to support you along the way. Sabrina was a breath of fresh air compared to a previous realtor I had. Even though she had some great recommendations for various lenders and title, she was able to work with my personal choice of title company and lender without a problem. If you want to buy a home shes your woman! Shes fun, sweet, quick and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to my friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Sabrina was truly heaven sent. We first met her when she helped my daughter and son in law find their first home. She was recommended to them through friends of the family who raved about her! We quickly understood exactly why she is loved by so many. A few months after my husband and I helped our daughter get settled, we decided it was time for us to start house hunting and gave Sabrina a call. As expected, she did not disappoint! She immediately drove out to meet with us and had houses lined up that very day! Not long after, we found the perfect home. Sabrina was able to negotiate with the sellers agent even though multiple offers were on the table. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the whole process. She has now become like family to us. It just doesnt get any better! Thank you Sabrina, from both the Alvarez and the Soto families!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Sabrina online and read her reviews and liked what people had to say. We started off by looking to buy a home and then decided we would rent for 1 year first. Sabrina respected our wishes and then moved forward to help us find a rental home. There were lots of different obstacles involved since my mother in law was also coming to live with my husband and i and our 3 kids. What i loved best about working with Sabrina is that not only is she straightforward with you, but also takes the time to know your overall needs and situation. In every house we saw she would point out good things that worked well with our family size and even negative things if the house just did not work well for us. Sabrina never rushed us as we visited locations and took her time to review the entire properties and even the local amenities. One day while looking at properties with bigger space Sabrina pointed out that if we want bigger the downpayment and monthly cost would be more and with the amount of money we would already be spending it is just obvious the purchase of a home could work out a lot better for us. So then here we go again back to buying our first home. We must have bounced back and forth for several months between purchase and buying and Sabrina was a pretty good sport about it. Which made us feel better because it was a big step for my husband and I. Also we were press for time and our move date was approaching. Sabrina worked with us day, night and even on sundays to find and view homes. There were times Sabrina would even pop up with a new home or was able to set up a showing with only 1 hr notice. Sabrina is awesome and puts 150% into helping you find the right home that you love and sealing the deal on that home. She is a tough cookie but in her business you have to be to get the right numbers and win that home. With a starting rental budget of $2500 a month that seemed to go to $2700 due to the space we needed, we actually ended up BUYING a home paying $2475 a month and the house was very spacious with a bonus room. So all in all working with Sabrina was the best choice and a wonderful experience.

She was patient, knowledgeable, and so accommodating through every step of the way. As first time home buyers, she made our needs her top priority, and really held our hand through the entire process. ZillowVERIFIED It has been such a great experience working with Sabrina in our search for a property in the Miami area. She's got an excellent knowledge of the local market combined with the right attitude and an outstanding ability to manage the whole process. Sabrina not only guided us through the "burocratic" part of our search and purchase process but more importantly served as our emotional support knowing exactly what, how and when to communicate critical information. She is positive and down to earth at the same time. Anyone working with her can be confident that she'll just do the right thing. She stands by her clients and provides very valuable advice and encouragement to enable her clients navigate this complicated task that is finding and buying a property. If we ever have to look for another place in the area we'll call Sabrina, no question about it.

ZillowVERIFIED This message will do little to no justice for the type of realtor you will be hiring. Sabrina Rosen brings professionalism, compassion and an uncanny quirkiness to the way she handles business. She is the definition of a "Hustler" willing to do anything to bring the best out of any situation. Even though we had a few minor bumps in the road through our process of closing, she kept cool under pressure and we found a way to win. As a former athlete, these are invaluable tools in the workplace, on the field and in Life. The value that Sabrina Rosen has added to our close was immeasurable and I recommend her to ANY and EVERYONE looking to explore the Real Estate World. Thank you Sabrina.-JD

ZillowVERIFIED She is a wonderful person who really takes the time to listen and understand her clients needs and wants. She knows the area and the developments and matches them with what i was looking for. On one of the days we went out to see properties we got to a house and when we went inside the place was nasty and a mess. Sabrina right alway asked me have you see enough /ready to go . She knew that i was not happy and needed to leave. She was right. That just provide to me that she was intune/ insynthesic with me and my wants and needs.
