Sabine Butler was a pleasure to work with in getting our house sold. We had rented it out for a short period before it was listed with her. Sabine put in whatever hours needed and during the stay at home order. Sabine helped me in finding contractors for some work that needed to be done on house for the buyers. She also help coordinate with the contractors. Sabine kept me informed on everything dealing with the buyers agent and paperwork that needed to be signed. I am a first-time home buyer and really didn't know anything about how anything worked. Sabine helped me with every step. She goes above and beyond what is part of her job responsibilities which I know some realtors don't do. She doesn't treat you like you're an 8-5 Monday through Friday job. Buying a house the first time can be stressful, annoying and tedious at times, especially when things don't go as they should. This happened to me a lot but had nothing to do with Sabine and had everything to do with other things, but she helped smooth those things out. I think I was pretty much a crazy person by anyone's standards toward the end, but she never treated me like I was. I finally closed on Wednesday this week and got my apartment cleaned out today, so some of the stress is gone. I'm now in the process of cleaning my first home. When my cats woke me up early this morning, and I hollered at them, my first instinct was to be quiet, but then I realized I was in my own place with no other people on the other side of the wall that I could wake up. That was a nice feeling.
