However, I never thought that the process and experience could be a as enjoyable as Saad and his Torii team made. From the very first meeting, Saad and his team establish a very open and easy friendship that makes one comfortable to share anything and everything they need about what they'd like in a home. Once the actual search process begins, Saad and his team were super proactive in sending listings and constantly getting feedback on any properties and reaching out to schedule showings. They were incredibly quick (instant replies within minutes almost 90% of the time) to respond to any inquiries and questions I had, even at the oddest hours, they truly put the customer first. Shoutout to Samantha Robles for pointing me to the property I eventually bought! Once a property is found, making an and securing an offer, securing the P&S, and getting the loan approved can also all be a stressful process. Saad was an amazing support and agent throughout, constantly giving me encouragement, support, and calming my nerves as needed, while also keeping my expectations realistic without being hopeless. Any of the partners Saad connected me with were professional and incredible to work with, shout out to Kensa for the most entertaining inspection I could have ever imagined! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Saad and his Torii team at a every step of the process and I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a realtor with knowledge, connections, and a great attitude, look no further. Saad was an absolute gift for us during the home buying process. He was responsive, readily available, and understood exactly what we were looking for. We could not have asked for a better guide through the whole process. He was able to connect us with all the necessary people - multiple lenders, inspectors, lawyers, etc. He gave us advice on what a competitive offer would look like and didn't try to push us into a sale. He did multiple walk-throughs of the house for us and paid keen attention to all the little details. If we needed to chat after work hours or on weekends, he always made himself available and never made us feel like a burden. He gave us a lot of helpful tips on what to look for and what kinds of questions to ask.
