Recently purchased a home and Rylee was my real estate agent. She did a walk through prior to closing and confirmed all repairs per the contract were done. In fact almost all of them had not been done. Still havent been done to date despite requests to get it resolved with the seller.The home warranty is a joke and covers the bare minimum. I believe she has good intentions but lacks the ability to really advocate and protect your best interests. Unfortunately with this kind of transaction that can cost a home buyer thousands .. and thats exactly what happened. And when contacted about it.... I was no longer a priority and that contract was not honored.
