About Ryan Woods
I have a story of hope and a future now. (((We can talk about my 19+ years experience and 500 homes sold a bit later down the page))). It took me from 05/15/2022 to 01/2023 to get back on my feet. I literally mean "Back On My Feet". A horse attack (Clydesdale kick to the back during OU/TX weekend at West End in Dallas. I was interviewed by channel 9 as I lay on the ground even) and a massive hernia led to plenty of core/trunk/back/hip issues. So I was bed ridden. Now I am not. Now I am living my best self possible and best life possible. I thank God/Christ/Luck/Myself/Science in that order for my turn around. So my recent sales are very poor for me, so please choose all years of sales data I have provided and you will see a beautiful sales history I was blessed to have. (((Updated Bio 12/08/2023))). I also have over 100 persons willing to speak on my behalf who loved my service and performance as a real estate sales professional. (((To this day I am still in the TOP 1% SALES as an individual for the entire state of Oklahoma from the creation of the state to now.))) We are now in a market that I have been apart of 3 times before, a real estate depression. No one knows the future but I do remember 100's of strategies to buy and sell real estate that worked each of the 3 cycles before this one and they are already paying off now. Everyone in today's market understands this already and it is just a 3-5 months old / new market.
I currently am closing on a home that was 150K above what the Buyer was initially looking at and is 45k less than what the Seller was asking.
The 500K+ market is really taking a beating right now and everyone is happy and looking forward to closing so very soon.
