Ryan hopped on the phone with us and went through the purchase and sales agreement for almost 45 minutes in detail so we knew every in and out of what it meant. Juliana had her phone for every question or comment through the whole process...and even if the answer was obvious - made us feel like it was a great question and that no question was a bad one. They armed us with the tools we needed for a easy and very fast transition into home ownership. They were supportive, responsive and encouraging. This was extremely helpful when it came to easing stressful situations. They were able to sell our our home in Coventry for our asking price along with receiving multiple offers in the process. In regards to buying, we took on the daunting task of building a home. It took approximately 5 months to complete. Many decisions had to be made, but both Ryan and Juliana were there every step of the way. They dealt with all of our problems in a timely and efficient manner. They could speak with the builder and his agent to achieve our final goal, our home. I say this with great respect for the both of them, as they are truly professionals in their craft. In a industry like this its important to make sure you have some one working for you and your interests and thats exactly what these guys do.I own my own business and work with professionals that I pay every day - few of them compare to the service I received from Ryan and Juliana. These guys went above and beyond for us time and again. During the house hunting process we mostly worked with Ryan who was extremely responsive to each one of what must have been a thousand requests.After seeing close to 40 properties we noticed a foreclosure listing that looked like a great deal, we couldnt make the trip from New York to Rhode Island right away so we asked Ryan if he would go take a look for us, which he did with out hesitation. He walked through the house on his own and sent us additional pictures, he thought the house was a good fit for us so we made a blind offer.Long story short, we ended up buying that house. Heres the most important part, the house he recommended we buy was by far the least expensive house we had looked at - even though that house would provide a much lower commission then other properties we were looking at he didnt hesitate to recommend that we go for it as he was truly looking out for us and our needs - completely selfless.

She was right - they know what theyre doing. Within a day of reaching out to them, they had a list compiled of various places I could look at within a short drive of the area I was trying to live. When I wanted to narrow down my choices based on a few specifications, they met those without a problem. This was all without having met them. Once I did meet them at the first showing they did for me, they were just as they were on the phone and through email - accommodating, genuine and knowledgeable about the places they were showing. Ive had realtors before not know any information about the place theyre showing. That wasnt the case here.
