He was very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of this whole process. He was very friendly and very helpful. We got our dream house because of the realtor and lender we chose. He worked so hard with our lender to help us get our mortgage for our house. I highly reccomend Ryan. If we ever decide to move one day, I wouldnt chose any other realtor.

ZillowVERIFIEDI used Ryan Vigue as my realtor. He was very knowledgeable about the town and surrounding area, as well as the house. He went above and beyond to let me look at the house at least 4 times before I made an offer. Ryan also supplied a list of contractors in case the home needed repairs. Ryan worked very diligently on keeping a time line together and helped me to get the best price possible on my new home. ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend using Ryan as your agent, you will not regret it! We were first time home buyers and determined to buy a home in CT all while being 1,200 miles away in FL. We made one trip to CT where Ryan was able to show us a couple of houses with really short notice. We continued our search for a home from FL by having Ryan show houses to our parents. Turns out, our parents descriptions, opinions, and FaceTime videos of potential homes were confusing and disjointed at times! We always found that Ryan's synopsis of the homes were much more helpful. He would take the time to record videos of the home inside and out and walk us through what he saw as pros/cons based on his knowledge of what we were looking for. If it wasn't for those videos and Ryan's complete understanding of what we were looking for, buying a home from out of state would have been impossible. I also really appreciated his tactfulness and ability to help us keep everything in perspective as first time home buyers. We had trouble finding homeowner's insurance due to the alternative heat and Ryan spent half of his day or more personally calling insurance companies for us. We ended up buying a home in Marlborough without ever seeing it in person and couldn't be happier! Ryan really went above and beyond throughout the whole buying process.
