We first met with Ryan to talk about what we were looking for on March 24, and he almost immediately began sending us listings to look at. He was extremely patient with our weird and complicated schedules, showing us houses on the weekends since my partner works days and I work evenings. We fell in love with a house we looked at two weeks later, and with Ryan's quick acting, our offer was accepted by the end of the same day. He put us in contact with a great lawyer, and we were under contract for our new home by the end of April. The rest of our purchase took a while because the seller didn't want to move until October, but Ryan kept us updated and stayed in contact with the seller's agent the whole time, so we always knew what was going on. We'd definitely recommend him to others looking for homes in the area!
