ZillowVERIFIEDMe and my fiancA(C) were looking for an apartment, sent a message on seeing it and then we got there loved it wanted to get the application but he never sent it we tried calling and texting he said aEURoethe owner was out of town, and he would give us a call the next dayaEUR?, okay no biggie then the next day rolls around he never sent it never called and has still not responded to anything we have sent him since. Very disappointing since were trying to look for a place to live. Hes a nice guy but doesnt know how to respond or stick to his word.

ZillowVERIFIED I spoke with Ryan Monday 12/08/2025. I made an appointment to see a house and Ryan never showed up or contacted me to tell me he wouldn't be there. He said he would call me the next day by 11 am. I received no call. I doubt I will deal with Ryan again.
