ZillowVERIFIED Ryan is a really great Realtor and was a God send for me. I have had fair to bad experiences in the past with others. I told him from the start I wanted someone that was looking out for me, as the seller, and be supportive. Ryan was and took care of everything and anything that needed to be done to or with the house. He found people who provided quality work/services but also at a good price. He was able to even arrange for somethings to be paid at the closing. I was in another state, but I did not have to worry as he managed everything. Communication was great, and I could always reach him or get a text or call back within minutes if I sent a text or left a message. I was extremely pleased with his services and very strongly recommend using Ryan Swanson as your Realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was a huge help for us in the buying process. We're out of state buyers and he went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of with inspections and closing. He was even able to negotiate nearly a 10% price reduction in sales price.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was an absolute delight. I heard about him from a family member who used him to buy a couple properties and Ryan made the whole process easy for us. It was our first time buying a home as a couple and he steered us towards a good home in a great neighborhood and didnt hesitate to tell us if a home was not worth it and made sure we didnt just settle for the first house we saw. Because of him we found the perfect home and I already started recommending him to my brother who will also be looking for a home soon.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan is above and beyond what I was expecting in a realtor. He called regularly keeping me informed as to what what was happening and what needed to be done to make my property more sellable. When things needed to be done he made it happen without my having to do anything but give my approval. My house was on the market during covid19 and I live in a retirement home that was on lockdown. Ryan took the extra time to see that I received any papers or information without my leaving my house. I soon developed much trust and confidence in Ryan and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was amazing. I put practically the entire transaction in his hands and he sold my duplex within one week. There were some delays because of a stubborn tenant but Ryan kept me updated and handled the situation with the buyer's agent. I would recommend him as an agent to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely went above and beyond to assist me in finding a property that was within my budget and checked off everything on my checklist. Working with a VA Loan is not something most realtors like to work with (at least in my past experience) but Ryan was willing to take on the task and was dedicated to making the best deal for my purchase.Ryan is very responsive and will do what he says he will do for you. He is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and properties in and around Alachua County. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home in the area. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was incredible to work with. Being a first time homebuyer, I didnt have a lot of knowledge about home buying and things to look for and be aware of. Ryan guided us through the whole process and made it so easy. We were new to the area, so he spent an entire afternoon driving us around the town so we could get a feel for what we were looking for and the neighborhoods we liked best. Then he set up tours for us to view the houses we liked most. He helped us through the offer process and then had great recommendations for local companies to help us with closing needs. He went above and beyond, and I am so appreciative of all he did for us. Without any reservation, I highly recommend Ryan for any buying or selling needs you have!

ZillowVERIFIED We found Ryan via Zillow on our way to look at possible homes in Gainesville area. It was fortuitous because he turned out to be the best realtor we could imagine. After three months of looking at many houses, he helped us negotiate the purchase of what we believe is our dream home! He was always patient with us - giving us sage advice. He navigated us through all the negotiations and final closing to make it manageable. And after the home's purchase, he provided names of the best vendors for irrigation, lawn care, pest control, cleaning services, electrician, etc. , to get us going on maintaining our new property. He also was very helpful with advice on selling our other home in a different area. Thanks to Ryan! We highly recommend working with him for an excellent experience.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first home purchase and Ryan made it absolutely flawless. Before meeting ryan i was nervous and thought that this would be a scary and a battle that might not be able to be won. However Ryan made this process painless and answered every question imaginable and in a timely manor. There was never a time we felt abondoned or out of the loop. We asked him to call us everyday with an update or just to let us know what we are waiting on. And he has done just that. He goes way over and beyond to make sure we got the house we wanted and needed.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Ryan made our home search and buying process enjoyable. We feel incredibly lucky to have found him. He acted in our best interest, not his, and took a consultative approach making recommendations throughout the process. He's great with communication, has a deep knowledge of the local market and a network of resources for his clients. Above and beyond expectation would be selling him short, he really went out of his way to ensure we found a home that best fits us. I say this in the Allstate voice "you're in good hands."

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the good the good fortune to buy a weekend getaway with the help of Ryan Swanson. Having worked with many realtors before, our experience with Ryan truly stands out. Ryan took the time to spend an entire day with us showing us the area and a variety of homes that could fit our needs. He listened to us, gauged our reactions and acted on them. Once we selected a potential property, Ryan dug in and unearthed all the info we needed to make an informed decision. When it came time to negotiate, we realized just how lucky we were to have Ryan on our side. Not only did he get us a great deal, he got the previous owners to throw in a significant amount of extras that we were hesitant to request. Ryan wasn't. He asked, and we got what we wanted. After the deal was done, Ryan didn't disappear. Prior to closing, Ryan helped us arrange for the inspections, and now that we've moved in, he's given us leads on everything from power and internet service to flooring and handymen. If you're looking for a home or property anywhere in the Ocala area, do yourself a favor and give Ryan a call!
