Declutter! It also goes a long way to clean baseboards and do all the little projects you've been putting off. Think of each person that comes to see your house as a first date. You wouldn't show up with a wrinkly shirt or without brushing your teeth. So clean up, fluff the pillows, and declutter so you have less "baggage".
