ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time buying a house, and although the process was stressful, we were so grateful for the opportunity to work with Ryan. We first started looking at houses with Ryan two years ago and quickly learned we needed to save up more before we could be done renting. Ryan was very patient with us until we were ready. We started looking for a house again in May and he made a lot of effort to be flexible with us and fit us in for multiple showings a week. We were thankful to have him along with us for house showings because he would point out things that we should look out for when looking at a home and even suggested things we could easily fix if we were interested in a house. He took the time and energy to really get to know us and feel out what we wanted in a home. He was very knowledgeable about the market and I completely trusted his advice on how much we should offer for a particular house and when we should make the offer. The first offer we wrote (a month after we officially began house searching) was accepted and the house was even appraised for more than we paid for the house. We were able to close and move into our house in July (just two months after we officially started looking)!! Overall Ryan was personable, pleasant to be around, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I would recommend Ryan to anyone I know.

Not only did Ryan expertly guide us through the home buying process in a hot market (Madison), during a crazy time (Covid), helping us land an amazing home quickly but he was there to help when it wasn't his job to be. Just after closing on the new house, there was a freak appliance fire that caused major damage. Ryan came out to meet me at the house after the fire department left. He's continued to be in contact after the sale to make sure we get the house back in good order.Excellent in both quality of work and character...what more could you ask for?

He immediately got our requirements for home location, size, and price, began his own searches, and set up automatic notifications of new listings. Since we were first-time home buyers, he walked us through the entire process before we even started looking. We never had to wait more than 1-2 hours to for him to return a missed call, even on weekends. After we had looked at everything available on the limited market, Ryan searched in areas we hadn't considered. He had to meet me on random days and random times to help me work around my work schedule for I ran long hours and could only meet with him later in the evenings. Ryan did not complain once and was very responsive during the entire process of purchasing my home. He made the process simple and easy to understand. When it came to time to sell my house because of relocation for a new job he made the process just as easy as when I bought it. Once again Ryan worked around my schedule and made the process easy. I ended up selling my house out of state so Ryan keeps my informed with all the updates and any change that needed to be made. He was available 24 hrs around the clock even on vacation. Ryan also was kind and had returned a laundry load of clothes that when I left in the dryer when i left to reach my deadlines at my new job. He mailed to me from WI to Utah believe it or not.
