After receiving terrible customer service from the other broker I happened on Ryan Smith....within 2 hours of contacting Ryan he had emailed me more than 8 properties that fit my criteria exactly... He aggressively negotiated buy prices on three of the properties I was interested in...and within three days we were under contract... I am a California investor and used to moving quickly when property becomes available... For some reason it appears most agents in Kentucky have the attitude, I'll get to it when I can... Ryan does not fit that mold.. He's one of the most responsive, courteous, and well versed agents I've ever dealt with in Kentucky...my intentions are to end up with at least three properties in the Lexington, Nicholasville areaand the only one I'd contact would be Ryan Smith...good luck with your search Tim Leighty.
