With two young boys and a deep desire to find the perfect place for them to grow up, my first home buying experience should have been a joyful milestone. Unfortunately, our Realtor failed to communicate effectively, leaving us with unanswered questions and a lot of frustration. The lack of guidance and support made an already stressful situation even more difficult. That experience left a lasting impression on me. I vowed that if I ever had the chance to be on the other side of the transaction, I would do things differently.
