He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and tackle any issues that arose. Friday night and attorneys all went home without letting us know if the sale closed - Ryan hunted down the answer. I never felt the need to ask what the latest was with him, because if there was news, hed share it or find right away. Which I appreciate tremendously. Ryan also does a much better job with his companies online/social media promotions than some of the other local options.. In fact watching his videos and drone footage was what helped make my decision when looking for a realtor. We hit a few issues(unrelated to Ryan) one was we ended up homeless because the apartment we found when we first moved to Erie fell through so we had to push back the date of the house search. Second was the interest rates going up. Third was we weren't able to break our lease. But Ryan helped us every step of the way and stayed with us. And maybe most importantly he found us a house we absolutely adore.

He was always transparent about neighborhoods and schools in the area and would let us know not to even look at a house because of the variables. He made sure and contractors that need to get to the house and make repairs were able to. He even shoveled the driveway and around the garage so the painter could get in and take care of repairs. He was able to find all the contractors via networking and scheduled with them with no issues. 10/10 recommend.

We have bought and sold numerous homes all over the country and Ryan went above and beyond with us for this sale. We bought the home sight unseen while in WA state and Ryan took the time to set up FaceTime videos and answer any questions that we had. He even went and got us local information and looked things up for us to save time and hassle. The sale went longer than expected and there were a few issues along the way due to no fault of us or Ryan and he continued to fight and be in our corner even after the sale.
