I am Ryan Riell, a San Diego real estate agent with eXp Realty. Results matter to me, but they are not how I define success. I measure my work by how well I served the people who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Buying or selling a home is both an emotional and a financial milestone. Clients are not looking for a salesperson. They are looking for an advisor who will listen carefully, communicate honestly, and guide them through each step with clarity and confidence.

That is the approach I take with every client. Our first conversation is focused on understanding you, what you're trying to accomplish and how I can shepherd you through that process. I want to learn about your family, your timeline, your goals, and what home truly means to you before I offer any recommendations. I meet clients where they are. Whether you are ready to move now or are a year away and need a plan, you will receive clear numbers, straightforward guidance, and a strategy built around your goals.

I am a data driven agent. I closely follow interest rates, inventory levels, pricing trends, and months of supply so that my advice is grounded in facts rather than speculation. My clients understand what the market is doing, what it means for their decision, and which strategies give them the strongest position. Preparation is one of the most valuable things I bring to the table, and I take it seriously.

My faith is the foundation of how I do business. I believe that serving people comes before selling to them, and I am guided by Matthew 20:28, which reminds us that the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve. That principle shapes my work every day. I do not chase commissions. I look for opportunities to serve people well, to communicate with integrity, and to put my clients' interests first. I work hard, remain faithful, and trust that good outcomes follow when the work is done with the right heart.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy is my family. I am married to my wife, Kristi, and we have three daughters who keep our home full of energy and laughter.

Because I am passionate about this profession, I also coach and mentor other agents. I lead a weekly one on one coaching program and develop training and mentorship systems that help agents grow their income while protecting their integrity and their families. I believe real estate can be a meaningful way to serve others when it is approached with the right purpose, and I enjoy helping other agents build careers they are proud of.

My goal is to deliver a client experience that people remember long after closing day. Sales numbers fade, but the impact we have on a family's life does not.
