Ryan helped our family get into a rental when we first moved to Delaware Ohio, less than a year later he helped us purchase our first newly built home in the Springer Woods development in Delaware Ohio. I made a commitment to him that when we were ready to sell I would use him and his team. April 2025 came around and we needed to sell our house to move to Tennessee for my next project. Ryan and his team made shared every detail, helped us prep our house to look the best to bring in potential buyers. When the offers came in Ryan was quick to call and discuss the terms of each offer!! We are now in the closing stages of our contract and the communication is still flawless. We have 10 days until we close and I couldn't be happier that Ryan and his team agreed to work with our family. Ryan has a great personality and is very intelligent when it comes to home sales, purchases, new builds, and rentals. I would not hesitate to use him and his team again the future.
