ZillowVERIFIED In 2015 my pregnant wife and I were trying to locate a house to buy in a certain area of Long Island before our baby was due. I was using a VA loan company and Ryan was attached to my account to help me navigate the market at which he does pro bono for Military members. Ryan immediately contacted me and asked me questions trying to gauge our needs for a house, he than quickly came up with matches and set up visits for us, at any point when I had a question he was there to help, after finding a home he helped us every step of the way to expedite the process. Through the whole ordeal talking with lawyers, real estate agents, loan officers, ect; Ryan was the most professional, courteous, and punctual of them all. My pregnant wife who was not having the easiest of times was always comforted when Ryan was able to answer any questions she had or explain to her the confusing process at which is to purchase a home. Every year during the holiday season he sends us a cheesecake and a card saying happy holidays which we humbly eat, he also periodically sends me emails on the housing market for my area and what it is doing. As my family has grown and we have done good for ourselves it is almost time to sell our first house and upgrade to something bigger. Ryan will be my first call for how to start this process and I know he will do another fantastic job helping us with our next step. Given the condition of the market (as of Feb. 2022), we had gone through countless showings and several offers. From the first introduction to now, Ryan has been upfront with his observations but has never made us feel pressured. Even if there is a slight hesitation, he understands and makes sure that you feel comfortable with your offer or decision to look elsewhere. His listings sheets are tailor made to fit what you might be looking for and always sets up the viewing appointments as soon as he gets the message. During the viewings, he makes sure to inspect anything that may be a pro or a con and he'll make note of it to you. When an offer is ready to be made, he will try to get feedback to you as soon as the seller responds. Ryan has always responded to any viewing request or even general question quickly. Ryan knows the island like the back of his hands, they both steer you in the right direction and don't pressure you into making a decision. We were moving from CA to NY with two kids, a 2.5 y/o and a 18mo old. Going back and forth to see houses was impossible, so the Ranellone team suggested virtual face time walk throughs until we came to town. Not only did Johnny go from house to house facetiming us, but he and Ryan both were extremely responsive, which for me -- being an over-communicator and living 3000 miles away -- was critical. When we did come to town, they made use of our time very effectively and efficiently. An awesome itinerary, within price range and had houses that that clearly met our needs. When touring the houses in person, Ryan was able to speak to everything from structure to electrical, design trends based on the year the house was built, and everything far and wide between. He's transparent, honest and reliable. Johnny, who was our main point of contact for negotiations and contracts, was just as reliable, responsive and eager to get us into our new home.
