Review Ryan was EXCELLENT! He was always available when a property became available that I wanted to see immediately before anyone else even saw it. He would meet me at that property so we could take a look at it outside and inside. If he personally felt for some reason it may not be a good choice for me and what I was looking for, he shared his opinions and reasoning with me on why he felt the way he did. His opinion always mattered to me especially with me being a first time home buyer. It has been two years now since I purchased my Condo and I love it. I bought my house for 140k and due to his time in the industry and ability, he helped me sell the house for 260k (60k over asking) in 2020. Review CANNOT say enough great things about Ryan! When you are looking for a realtor, he is your go to guy! From answering his phone to all hours of the day (and night!and even on vacation!) to having the knowledge about ALL the areas we visited (such as schools, nearby attractions, value of homes around, etc) he was able to answer every question without hesitation. He has a great personality and he was ALWAYS ready for a showing (even last minute). He is so great at what he does i can't say enough great things about him! The team he works with was so awesome and everyone did such a great job explaining everything to us every step of the way. As first time home buyers we needed someone to hold our hand through the process and Ryan did just that. He really is such a nice guy, and always took the time to explain everything. Not once did my husband or I feel rushed or stupid asking a question. He does a great job being the "glue" that kept everyone informed and up to date during the whole buying process.
