Given everyone & their brother is or knows a realtor, had worked with a slew of unimpressive agents before meeting Ryan. Ryan is hands down the best agent I've ever worked with (we just closed on my 7th home so have met a few over the years). Ryan is highly professional, intelligent, personable and trustworthy, with wide ranging expertise from the Tucson geographic area, to market trends, finance, and exemplary negotiation skills. His agenda from day 1 was clearly to help me find what I wanted, not close a deal. And was patient (I am admittedly a tad high maintenance). Ryan was always willing to go the extra mile and look at obscure "maybe" places, on a minutes notice, or quickly reply to my plethora of calls/texts/emails. He was superb at closing, on the ball every single step of the way. Ryan is just all around a really great guy, super funny too, a pleasure to have by your side as an expert and advocate for this huge life experience & investment. We were having a hard time trying to get offers accepted because the market is so competitive right now so she thought we could use someone assertive like him. I'm so glad we did! We just finished closing on our new house, which I dont think we would have gotten without Ryans negotiating skills. He found us a great house for a great price with little perks in the contract, which is pretty impressive considering what a sellers market it is. I would say that the whole process from start to finish was much less complicated than I thought it would be. Ryan was easy to talk to and always responded right away when we wanted to see a place. He walked us through the closing process and set up appointments. I have no complaints; I'm very happy with my new house and Ryan got us there! I'm a fan.

Ryan showed us that home and then asked if we had any other homes we were interested in. He was so laid back and not a "salesman" that we thought sure we'll tell him the others. After that first afternoon we knew he was the realtor for us. Ryan knew how things worked in the area, but totally let us do our own thing. My wife has social anxiety so these regular military moves are already extremely stressful for her, but Ryan's demeanor and attitude of it's your house you make the call was perfect.
