1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Right now in our current market homes are selling very quickly, in some circumstances they are sold prior to MLS or hitting sites like Zillow, Trulia, or Realtor.com. As a buyer you need to align yourself with an agent that has local knowledge and can get you in front of these properties first. You also need to make sure this agent is seasoned and understands everything from contract to close to guide you through this process so you don't get stuck in a bad situation.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Very Important, this decision can cost you $10's of thousands! You need to align yourself with a strong listing agent, what are they doing for you as a seller to market your home, and how successful has this agent been in the past.

4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I've got multiple examples in where a home was listed on the market for more than 1+ years with another agent/broker that never sold. We then get the call and with our very unique customized marketing process we get these homes sold in less than 30 days, sometimes we even get them sold the first week!
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
My neighbor growing up across the street had his own brokerage, I took an interest in what he did, went to college for it and obtained by Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Sales & Marketing and here I am today!
