We recently sold our home while also buying a home. Ryan and his team of professionals guided us through this process, which can definitely get stressful and complicated at times! There are so many aspects to home buying and home selling and you really do have to put all your trust and faith into your realtor. Trust in the sense that they have your best interests at heart, and faith that they are giving you good advice, that you're making the right decisions and they're ultimately putting you into the home of your dreams. This is best case scenario, and with Ryan and his team, this was absolutely true. I do think this is oft-repeated but rarely accurate: Ryan actually makes you feel important and like his only client. He was easy to reach, calm and helpful. Every time we called or texted him. I could gush for days about how spectacular our house looked after Ryan and his team staged it before we put it on the market. It was already a nice house but the word I kept going back to after the staging was 'elevated'. So elevated, classy and tasteful. I was speechless, and I am positive it was one of the main reasons why our house had so many showings and offers. We received well over asking for our house that we sold and also couldn't be happier in the house we bought. We would recommend Ryan and his team with no hesitation to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home, and actually already have!
