ZillowVERIFIEDI was doing a buy/sell which was very stressful on myself. Ryan was very responsive and knowledgeable of the process. Ultimately, he was able to get me what I wanted on price for my sell and the upgraded features I wanted on my purchase through negotiations. The timing ended up working great for me to sell before closing on the purchase. I will be using Ryan for any future real estate needs. -Jared

ZillowVERIFIED He was extremely personable. He took the time to make sure we had exactly what we wanted in a house. He was our realtor for buying our new home and selling our existing home. He also makes good recommendations on what to do and what not to do with your home. He was a pleasure to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED "Ryan was amazing. He made sure that he not only understood my needs but met them in every aspect along the way. He was clear in what the process would be, concise in his explanations, and communicated regularly and often immediately to any questions I may have had. In a market that most definitely benefited the seller, he made sure to represent my needs above and beyond what I would have anticipated. Prior to this experience, I had many realtor "relationships" all of which had pitfalls and traumas to a degree where I was terrified of another "buying experience" however Ryan alleviated and eliminated all of those prior concerns. I recommend Ryan fully to ensure all your realty needs and to whole heartedly enjoy the process along the way. Thank you Ryan!"

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was recommended to me by a trusted co-worker and it turned out to be a great fit. Ryan was extremely well organized and prepared in our first meeting. Ryan did the research to get us a target price that we were excited about. He then gave some great suggestions for what to do and what not to do with home projects before putting the house on the market. We had seven offers in 48 hours and sold the home over asking. One other note about Ryan was how accessible he was and how quickly he would get back to us.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan helped me sell my first home and buy my second. It just so happened that life made the end of 2015 the right time for me to make a change. I was nervous about selling a house through the holiday season but Ryan assured me it was the right thing to do. He was right! Even with a 2 week lull around the Christmas/New Year holiday I was able to accept a great offer within 1 month, and closed quickly! I also, unintentionally, challenged Ryan with the sellers and agent of the home I purchased, but he handled all the hurdles with the greatest professionalism. Buying an older home was a totally new experience for me and Ryan's guidance gave me the confidence we were doing the right thing. I could not be happier! Ryan is very accessible to his clients and knowledgeable on the local market. I would recommend him 100 times over.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was EXCELLENT from start to finish. He had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. There were ups and downs throughout the process but Ryan was the one constant in this transaction. He remained calm and level headed. He assured me and reassured me over and over that everything would work out. This was my first home purchase and although a bit scary, Ryan never let me feel like there was chaos on his end. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone and look forward to using his services in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan exceeded my expectations! He was very helpful to Nick and I as we are first time home buyers. He honestly gave us advice after each viewing of homes, suggested homes, and once we found a home made suggestions on how to improve our home. Ryan was always there when we needed him, even when the question may not have pertained to home buying specifically. I would recommend Ryan for buying and selling and will sure use him again when selling/buying in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I tasked Ryan with an unknowingly difficult transaction while I was 2,500+ miles away. His professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness made the transaction go as smooth as it possibly could with a great outcome. There were at least a half dozen curve balls throw our way and Ryan dealt with them all with ease while keeping me in the loop and providing great professional advice. Highly recommended to any buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was outstanding at not only meeting but anticipating our needs as we moved from Ohio to North Carolina. He knew the area very well and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. Ryan genuinely cared about us and made sure we found the perfect home for our family. We never felt rushed or pressured at any point. I'd highly recommend Ryan and will definitely choose him as our realtor if we move again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently worked with Ryan to purchase our first home in the Lake Norman area. From start to end, Ryan helped make the home buying process enjoyable. He was patient with us while looking at many houses and was very accommodating to our schedules (evenings, weekends, etc.). Looking at houses was the easy and fun part but getting from contract to closing is where Ryans experience was invaluable. He walked us through every step of the process, answering any and all questions we had as first time home buyers (and I had more then just a few questions!). He was very responsive throughout the entire process and was able to help us negotiate any potential pitfalls along the way. Being new to the area, it was important to find an agent we could trust. We definitely found a great agent that was professional, trustworthy, and even ended up with a great friend in the end as well! We highly recommend Ryan to help you find your new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was absolutely perfect. It took us a while to find the right house, but it was well worth the wait and all of the other houses would have been us settling. We couldn't have asked for a better Realtor and now life long friend. Thanks again Ryan!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I believe Ryan is one of the best agents in Charlotte. As first time home buyers, we weren't sure where to begin with our search for our first home. Ryan's expertise of the Charlotte area and market was extremely helpful to us, as we have lived in the area for less than a year. He patiently guided us through the home buying process and answered every question we had--and we had a lot of questions! Without Ryan's help, we would not have our own home. We are grateful for Ryan's efforts, and would recommend him to any potential buyer! If we ever sell our house, we will certainly enlist Ryan's assistance!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Ryan recently to sell our first home and could not have been happier with the process! He was very thorough and professional throughout - he and his partner Teresa worked to stage our house prior to putting it up for sale and we couldn't believe what a wonderful transformation it did to our home! It showed beautifully and was under contract with several offers in under a week. What could have been an extremely stressful process was made seamless and smooth and we appreciated having the opportunity to work with Ryan! Would highly recommend!
