ZillowVERIFIED James is the best! He has sold our last 2 houses and the purchase of our current house. He's always went above and beyond for us! Our closing on our house got moved back ( no fault to James) so our appliances couldn't get delivered when we closed. James went to the store bought a cooler, filled it with ice and drinks since we didn't have a fridge.

ZillowVERIFIED The Fidelis Group has been superb. After almost forty years in one house, my husband and I decided it was time to make a move. It took us seven long months before we finally found the right house. During that time, James was extremely patient with us and never pressured us to consider one house over another. When we did decide to write a contract, he guided us through the process, asking questions and offering suggestions to ensure that our interests were protected. He was very good at negotiating with the purchase contract, arranging the various inspections, and communicating with our banker. And it was reassuring to have him at the closing. There have been many changes since we last purchased a house, and James really helped to make the process easy for us. We also want to compliment Ryan on his professionalism. There were a couple of instances that we asked to view a property at a specific time which happened to conflict with James' schedule, so Ryan stepped in on short notice. He, too, was always patient and willing to answer our many questions. Both James and Ryan are honest, knowledgable realtors who work hard for their clients.

They were on top of the whole process from finding possible houses to buy, negotiating the deal to having some experts to fix a couple of items before the sale of my house. He always communicated what was going on with things and was always super fast to answer any questions I had. He took the time to help me make sure I had the right house for me. He gave great advice and definitely knows what he is doing. Whenever James was with another client, Ryan would step in and help out. The two of them make a great team. Now that I've worked with them, I won't ever consider working with anyone else. They made the process go so smoothly and went above and beyond for me, as they do for all their clients. For example my ac unit stopped working. He contacted professionals he knew to make sure the warranty company was not pulling anything.
