Review We worked with John to help us narrow in on the right neighborhood and right home during our relocation to Las Vegas from Austin, Texas. His knowledge of the area was perfect. He listened to our wish list, helped us to refine it. Even offered to pick us up from the airport during our fly in/out location visits. In the end we went with new construction and John was happy to play our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the construction process. Amazing. So appreciated. Were thrilled. Thank-you.

Review We could not be more grateful for the service Ryan provided to us!! Seriously. My wife and I recently bought our first home after renting for 5 years. We found Ryan through a Redfin post when we wanted to tour a house. In our first meeting, Ryan set up a search algorithm based on the factors that were most important to us (location, price, and sq. footage). He then laid out the entire process, turning something that was potentially scary and new into something that was friendly and straight-forward. Over the course of the next three months, anytime that a house popped up that we wanted to tour, Ryan happily accommodated our schedules and took us to see the place. We viewed around 5 or 6 homes together and put offers on a few along the way. Ryan was *always* on top of everything!! Thats the biggest thing. With every offer, he was always the one leading the way through the process. Meanwhile, time and time again, the listing agent and/or seller missed deadlines, dragged their feet, etc. Ryan truly made us realize how lucky we were to have someone honest and diligent working on our side. Ryan is a very kind and caring individual. He will always go the extra mile to explain whatever is unclear to you. Buying your first house is a big deal! And there are bound to be moments of hesitation or uncertainty. But he has tremendous experience and will gladly help resolve whatever the issue is and will take time to enlighten your understanding until you feel ready and comfortable proceeding. We never felt any pressure from Ryan--and Ill say that he was very patient with us, especially considering our strict desire to find a home within a very small boundary (Durango-Rainbow, Sahara-Spring Mountain)! We simply cannot say enough good about Ryan. He is an exceptional realtor, and always stayed in close contact. His demeanor is warm and really made this process a joy for us. We never missed any deadlines--we were able to negotiate to a fair price and get the seller to pay for existing damages to the house. When there was a mix-up over garage door openers with the listing agent, Ryan went the extra mile and bought us a gift card himself to cover the extra cost of the replacement devices. Ryan was extremely knowledgable of the area where we purchased our home, explaining in great detail the history of the area and advising us of the best places to purchase furniture etc. Recently, we decided to sell our Condo and so contacted Ryan again to be our negotiator. In the past, Ryan had helped us both by and sell. Every single time, Ryan was exceptional in helping us. We decided on building a new home and having Ryan represent us was more valuable than we would of ever imagined. Although we are extremely happy with our new home, the process was very frustrating. The builder and their team were not nearly as good at their jobs are we were hoping. If not for Ryan, we would of been taken advantage of and not closed on time.
