ZillowVERIFIEDHe made the entire process for me so stress-free even though I was on a time deadline, not knowing if I will have a roof over my head at the end of that deadline. His compassion to help and serve his client is just amazing. Knowing how to get things done and staying on top of it. He helped me to achieve my "American Dream" in record time. I will be forever grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough about how delighted I am with the stellar service Ryan provided during out long home search. He sat with us to talk about the kind of home we wanted, our budget, and our plans. He suggested homes and neighborhoods that would suit us well. Ryan clearly has an excellent understanding of the real estate market and that translated into a continuously great experience for us. Then the pandemic hit. Open houses shut down, but Ryan was always gracious and accommodating while scheduling and showing us homes. He was always available to us and his comments on homes and prices were invaluable to us. When we found a great home, he made the process of offer, escrow, and closing very smooth. I never felt the need to worry about following up on every detail as I had with other homes. It was a true pleasure to work with Ryan. He was professional, personable, and kept our needs foremost in everything he did. If I ever need a realtor again, I know who to call.

ZillowVERIFIED Entire process from looking at potential homes to closing went off without a hitch. Ryan kept me abreast of any potential issues and offered solutions for resolution. He also was honest about potential homes that may not be a great fit for my needs or that may present challenges for resell down the line. I can't imagine the buying process being any easier and hassle-free.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, I was immediately put at ease by Ryans knowledge and availability for my millions of questions. He was patient and kind and went out of his way to make this experience so special for me. His support didnt end when escrow closed, availing himself to me for follow up questions as they arose. He has my highest recommendation. I am truly grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan Main assisted us with our purchase of a property in Encinitas. His knowledge, accountability, and responsiveness made what could of been a difficult transaction, very easy and painless. Prior to the purchase, Ryan was diligent in sending us properties as they came on the market and looking at all options for us. He is an professional in what is sometimes an industry of non-professionals. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or wants to list their current property. I cannot say enough good things about him.

ZillowVERIFIED This was my 5th house to purchase and I was looking for a realtor who would help me as I am a busy single working mom with not much time to look and process home buying needs. Ryan put the other realtors to shame and was exceptional in assisting with all my worries and questions. I appreciated his honesty with some tough decisions and he communicated daily with the progress of escrow. He kept in contact with mortgage company to confirm all processes were moving along smoothly. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED I wish I could buy another house so Ryan could be my real estate agent again. He was amazing every step of the way. We had little knowledge of what goes into buying a house, and he guided us thoroughly and clearly. He was around to answer questions whenever we needed him, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He even welcomed us to our new home with a thoughtful little gift! Ryan truly went above and beyond as our agent, and I hope to be lucky enough to get to work with him again one day.

ZillowVERIFIED After working with Ryan on multiple purchases, it's clear that he's a cut above the rest. He worked tirelessly over the course of 6+ months to find the right investment property that fit the criteria we were looking for and we are so excited about our purchases. He's extremely responsive in all forms of communication and always has very positive and upbeat attitude. We ran into some "obstacles" on both of the transactions, which Ryan handled with ease. He's very solution-oriented and made our purchases his #1 priority. We would absolutely recommend using Ryan anything real-estate related and look forward to working with him again!

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan made us feel like we were his only clients. He was always available no matter what time of day to answer questions and point us in the right direction. Ryan made sure he understood our intentions and was spot on due to his experience on what home would work for us. His knowledge of the area made options available to us that we never even thought of. We are more than happy with our first home, and we know it would not have been possible without Ryan. I am actively going to recommend Ryan to any friends or family that is looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Ryan one year ago, through a mutual friend. I was just beginning to look for a home, and knew it would take at least a year to be in a position to buy. From day one, he sent me great leads and was always available to answer questions or concerns about the process, neighborhoods, and types of homes I was considering. All that was great, but it wasn't until I found my dream home one month ago that I realized just how great of an asset Ryan is to any homebuyer. His knowledge, empathy and drive is what helped me get my offer accepted, and also what pushed the deal through to closing on the target date. I recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. This guy gets it, and will be there with you morning, noon and night, ensuring your needs are met, and that you get your dream home, just like I got mine. Ryan Main is my Main Man!

ZillowVERIFIED From my first meeting with Ryan prior to listing my Pacific Beach apartment to the close of the sale, which spanned about 8 weeks, Ryan was incredibly informative, which I appreciated as a first-time seller. He was also responsive to any question or issue that I had despite dealing with a number of clients at once. Finally, he was helpful in a number of different areas with regards to the transaction, from coordinating with stagers & plumbers to handling & negotiation of multiple offers on the apartment. The entire transaction could not have gone more smoothly, and I look forward to working with Ryan when I buy my next place, and to referring my friends and colleagues looking to buy/sell in San Diego to him.

ZillowVERIFIED Ryan was a tremendous help. He guided me along the entire process and went above and beyond at ever stage to ensure my needs were being met. Without Ryan's help I would not be in my dream home right now. He really knows the SD area/market and connects with the people he is working with. He is excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I can't say enough good things about Ryan. We had very specific (and somewhat challenging) criteria for a vacation home/vacation beach rental, and Ryan was diligent in finding us several options in different parts of San Diego county. He has a very low-key (calming) demeanor combined with impeccable customer service--which is a rare combination these days. During the closing process, he anticipated every step and deadline and was proactive in making a remote closing as seamless as possible. We would work with Ryan again in a heartbeat!

ZillowVERIFIED In a nutshell, Ryan exceeded my (high) expectations in every way possible. In less than 24 hours on the market, I had multiple low-contingency offers at full-price. A price, I might add, that I was skeptical we would achieve. But Ryan was more than confident, and so was his supporting team. And it played out beautifully from tasteful staging, targeted pre-marketing, to a packed caravan and well-attended first open house. I'm not an easy seller to represent. As a fast-paced entrepreneur who works from home and has high expectations of the people she works with, I warned Ryan upfront I would be a difficult client. He smiled and said he wasn't worried. Ryan was incredible. He was super responsive, attentive to details (I never had to repeat myself for his sake), he was never frustrated with me, and I can't think of any of my demands he didn't find a way to work with - or at least tell me why I should rethink my position (he was always right!).I could go on and on about Ryan and how he managed my home sale. I had a very strict timeline, a must-hit price and no room to fail. The only reason it has taken me a couple of months to write this review is because after Ryan sold my house, I moved (obviously), bought a company (while still working full-time for myself) and I'm planning my wedding. I couldn't be more thankful for what Ryan made possible for us.
