Ryan Maceri

Ryan Maceri - A Passion for Real Estate, Built from the Ground Up From a young age, Ryan Maceri was immersed in the world of home building, working alongside his father in the construction industry. He gained hands-on experience in various trades--building houses, running electrical, and understanding the intricate process of home construction from start to finish. This foundation gives him a unique edge in real estate, allowing him to assess properties with expert insight and help clients make informed decisions. Ryan began his real estate career in 2015, joining a team in 2016, where he quickly made an impact--consistently selling over 40 homes per year and rising to become the lead agent. At the end of 2019, he made the bold decision to go solo, steadily increasing his sales volume year after year. By 2024, he had successfully closed 80 transactions in a single year, bringing his career total to over $100,000,000 in volume sold. In early 2020, Ryan faced his toughest challenge yet--being diagnosed with stage 2 cancer just months after the birth of his first son, Lucas. Battling cancer during a global pandemic was no small feat, but even through surgery and months of grueling chemotherapy, Ryan never wavered in his commitment to his clients. His unwavering dedication placed him in the top 1% of Realtors at KW Platinum, proving that nothing--not even cancer--could slow him down. As his business continued to thrive, Ryan took the next step in expanding his operations. In 2023, he hired his first assistant, and by 2024, he had grown his team to include three dedicated agents under MHG Real Estate (Maceri Home Group). Beyond helping clients buy and sell homes, Ryan is also an active real estate investor, using his deep industry knowledge to identify opportunities and build long-term wealth through real estate. Ryan's greatest passion is helping his clients find solutions to their problems or needs. Whether it's guiding first-time buyers, helping sellers maximize their home's value, or strategizing complex real estate investments, he thrives on delivering results that truly make a difference. As the leader of MHG Real Estate, he takes pride in providing top-tier customer service and going above and beyond for every client. When you work with Ryan, you're not just getting a Realtor--you're gaining a trusted partner who will work tirelessly to ensure your success.
